The Opportunity
Due to strong metro growth within the organization and increased demand for residential development in the Perth metro area and our South West division, we are seeking highly competent Project Manager’s, with experience in Civil Construction and land development projects, to join our team.

The Role
As a Wormall Civil Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering quality projects on-time and on-budget by:

Leading operations through the project life cycle.

Management of all contractual obligations.
-
Program management and scheduling.
-
Budget control
-
Overseeing HSEQ compliance
-
Contracts management
-
Some Estimating
-
Staff management and full team leadership
-
Client, consultant, local authorities, public utilities, etc. liaison
Essential criteria for candidates:
-
Possess relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum six (6) years’ industry experience in Civil Construction and Land Development.

Minimum four (4) years’ experience in a Project Management role.

A background in project planning and organisation.

The ability to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering earthworks, sewer, water, drainage, roadworks, communications elements etc.

Valid WA Driver’s License class C.

Strong HSE/QA understanding and history of compliance.
The successful candidate will also have:
-
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Able to liaise with land development clients, government departments, consultants and other clients.

Basic and/or advanced surveying skills are desirable.

Proficient computing skills, able to use standard programs such as MS Project, Excel, Word.
